A studio that
sees projects
through to completion
MIK Design Workshop is an interior design studio in Chișinău. For 10 years we have been designing homes and commercial spaces: from an apartment to a showroom.
Zhenya Mihailiuta
“I am responsible for the concept of every project, and the team works on it with you until the renovation is finished.”
I founded MIK Design Workshop with a simple aim: a project should not be a pretty picture but a precise guide for the build — with checked drawings, a clear price and no surprises on site. Today we design apartments, houses and commercial spaces — from a small coffee shop to chain retail.
Alongside this, I teach interior design at the Technical University of Moldova.
Four principles
Open prices per m² and a calculator: you know the cost of the project before the first conversation.
A complete set of documentation — the builders work without phone calls or clarifications.
The studio team replies in messengers at every stage — from the brief to handover.
Apartments and houses, as well as HoReCa, retail and showrooms — experience in one field strengthens the other.
