This policy describes what data the mikdesign.md website collects and how MIK Design Workshop (SRL MIKHAILIUTA Design, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova) uses it. By leaving a request on the site you agree to this policy.

What data we receive

The data you enter in the forms yourself: your name, phone number, type of space and area. The address of the page the request was sent from and the time it was sent are saved with it.

If you send an estimate from the calculator, we receive the area, the chosen package and the total.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare a cost estimate and arrange a meeting. We do not use this data for mailings and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

Who processes the data

The site is hosted on Netlify; form requests are stored in the Netlify Forms service. A notification about each request reaches the studio team on Telegram and by email. The video review on the home page is loaded from YouTube only after you click it — from that moment YouTube’s own rules apply.

If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, the conversation is subject to the rules of those services.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for as long as it is needed to work on your enquiry and project, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to us at hello@mikhailiuta.com. We process personal data in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
