From €11 to €29 per m²: the rate depends on the package and the area — the larger the area, the lower the rate. For a 76 m² apartment, for example: Basic — €1,292, Standard — €1,748, Premium — €2,052. The minimum project fee is €499.
Basic is a complete design project with drawings and 3D. Standard adds 8 hours of site visits and 8 hours of material selection. Premium adds full design supervision until the renovation is finished.
The designer visits the site regularly, signs off stages of work, answers the builders’ questions and revises the drawings so that the result matches the project. It is included in the Premium package.
Yes. Basic is a complete set of drawings and a materials schedule that any crew can work from. If you need site visits and answers to the builders’ questions, choose Standard.
No: apartments, houses and townhouses. The cost is calculated the same way — by area and the chosen package.
