Questions about the price
The area is multiplied by the rate per m², and the rate depends on the package and the area. Up to 50 m²: Basic — €19, Standard — €25, Premium — €29; the larger the area, the lower the rate, and above 200 m² it is €11, €17 and €21. The minimum project fee is €499. The calculator shows the rate and the total straight away, and you can send the estimate to yourself on WhatsApp or Telegram.
From €11 to €29 per m²: the rate depends on the package and the area — the larger the area, the lower the rate. For a 76 m² apartment, for example: Basic — €1,292, Standard — €1,748, Premium — €2,052. The minimum project fee is €499.
Basic is a complete design project with drawings and 3D. Standard adds 8 hours of site visits and 8 hours of material selection. Premium adds full design supervision until the renovation is finished.
The calculator covers the residential packages. Commercial interiors start from €11 per m²: the cost depends on the area, the engineering sections and the opening date, so we prepare a quote after a short brief.
The designer visits the site regularly, signs off stages of work, answers the builders’ questions and revises the drawings so that the result matches the project. It is included in the Premium package.
