A dark, architectural living room and light private rooms — a house where everyone has a space of their own.
Design the interior of a private family house: a large shared area with kitchen, dining and living space, a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and its own bathroom, a child’s room, a guest bedroom and a study, plus a gym with a shower and sauna and a plant room.
The heart of the house is a living room of almost 107 m². The kitchen with its light stone island, a large dining table and the sofa group share one volume, divided only by columns and a change in ceiling level with concealed lighting. The walls are graphite panels and relief tiles, which set off the illuminated kitchen splashback, a bioethanol fireplace and one bright armchair. The bedrooms are lighter: timber, fabric and soft light.
According to the room schedule, the house has 16 rooms with a total area of 228.26 m²: the entrance area and living room — 106.98 m², the master bedroom — 18.42 m² with an 8.47 m² walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom, the guest bedroom — 14.35 m², the child’s room — 13.97 m², the study — 10.69 m², the gym — 13.52 m² with a shower and sauna, and the plant room — 14.91 m².
The project album runs to 109 sheets. It covers demolition and partition plans with details, plumbing, underfloor heating, electrics and lighting with fitting schedules, floor and ceiling plans with junction details, elevations of every room, fitted-furniture drawings with axonometric views and 56 sheets of visualisations. The finishes include microcement, decorative panels and thermally modified timber in the sauna.

Five decisions in the house
Kitchen, dining and sofa area in one volume, zoned by the ceiling, the lighting and the island.
Graphite panels and relief tiles hold a large room together; the accents are the lit splashback and the fireplace.
Bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a freestanding bath form the private part of the house.
Equipment by the full-height window, a shower and a sauna — in a separate block next to the entrance area.
A child’s room in light timber, a study with a graphic wall and shelving, and a calm guest bedroom.
